Absolutely brilliant! I was worried that my persian would not allow Lauren to do anything to her. I sometimes struggle to brush her, let alone anything else. But Wispa loved her! She now looks so much better, all tidy and cool. Thank you so much. I will not be using anyone else to groom my cat. Highly recommend - LM
I took my Bichon Frise to see Lauren for the first time today and was so impressed. She did a fab job grooming Pepe and he looks lovely with his new haircut. Lauren is a lovely lady and very professional. Her pet spa looks great and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. I will definately be back with Pepe. Good groomers are hard to find - NB
Cannot thank Lauren enough for her brilliant work on our dog Teddy. He had to have both his legs operated on as puppy which made him very nervous and meant he wasn't able to be groomed until much later on so finding someone we could trust to groom him was very hard until we found Lauren! I cannot recommend her highly enough, her kindness towards teddy has put not only us at ease but teddy too meaning he can finally be groomed properly without causing too much stress. His hair cut has been lovely both times and he smells amazing! Thank you so much Lauren for all of your hard work on Teddy! SS

First visit for my Billy at any professional groomer and Lauren looked after him so well. Even though he was well behaved I could see he was nervous and Lauren was very gentle with him. He looks even more handsome now - excellent service and would thoroughly recommend - SE

Excellent service, I would highly recommend Lauren's services for both cats and dogs. My cat gets very stressed and was able to relax in Lauren's salon due to the calming enviroment and one to one treatment. - CG
